What you will do
- Diagnose and repair doors and openers: springs, cables, rollers, panels, tracks, and LiftMaster openers.
- Install new residential doors and commercial sectional and rolling steel doors.
- Price repairs on site and explain the work to the customer before starting it.
- Keep the truck stocked and the job site clean, and represent the company well at every stop.
What we look for
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that lets us put you on the insurance.
- Comfortable on ladders and able to handle heavy door sections and spring assemblies safely.
- Mechanical aptitude. Garage door, construction, or other trade experience is a plus, and we train on the doors and openers we install.
- Reliable, on time, and straight with customers.

No commission
Nobody on our crew earns more by selling a customer a bigger repair than the door needs. You are paid to do the work right, and good work here gets noticed.
Learn the whole trade
Springs, openers, sectional and rolling steel doors, carport conversions, commercial buildings. You will see all of it, and you will be trained on the doors and openers we install.
Local, and staying that way
Two shops, West Monroe and Ruston, and an owner who still runs estimates and answers the phone. We are not a franchise, and we are not for sale.
