This is how a repair call works from either shop, whether it is a set of rollers or a commercial door that will not close. A new door, a carport conversion, or a commercial project starts differently: we come out, measure, and give you a written quote before anything is ordered.

A person at our shop answers, asks a few questions, and gives you a real appointment window.
STEP 2
We inspect the whole door
Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, opener, and safety sensors. You see what we see.
STEP 3
You get the price on the spot
Options if there are options, one price if there is one right answer. You approve before we start. New doors and major projects get a written quote instead.
STEP 4
We fix it and test it
Most repairs finish the same visit. We balance the door, test the safety reverse, and clean up.
