Can you repair a door another company installed?
Yes. We service all brands, including doors and openers from big-box stores and doors installed by companies that are no longer around.
My door is off track. Can I just push it back on?
Please do not. An off-track door with the cables still under tension can drop or spring back. Unplug the opener, leave the door where it is, and call us.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most single-issue repairs, including cables, rollers, and hinges, take one to two hours. Panel replacement depends on parts availability for your door model.
Do you repair wood and custom doors?
Yes. We work on steel, aluminum, wood, and full-view glass doors, residential and commercial.
Will you try to sell me a new door?
Only if a repair does not make sense, and we will show you why. Our technicians are not paid on commission.
