Installation and replacement

Measured right, ordered right, installed right.

We install Garaga (Mid-America series), Amarr, ASTA America, and Janus International doors. Every one of these companies has been building doors for decades and stocks parts for what they sell, which matters when you need a panel in ten years.

Your quote includes the door, new tracks and hardware, springs sized to the door, weather seal, removal and disposal of the old door, and a full balance and safety test. If you want a new opener at the same time we will price it as a package.

Popular choices in our area

  • Carriage house steel with decorative hardware
  • Modern flush and plank wood-look doors

Why insulated

In Louisiana, insulation is about comfort, not just heating bills.

A garage in West Monroe can hit 120 degrees in August. An insulated door with a thermal break keeps the garage, and any room above or beside it, noticeably cooler and makes the door far quieter. Polyurethane-injected doors are also stiffer, which means fewer dents and less rattle.

If your garage is a shop, a gym, or a converted living space, insulated is the right call. If it is a detached storage building, a single-layer steel door may be all you need. We will tell you which is which.

What moves the price

Straight talk on cost.

A new door is a real purchase, and you should know what you are paying for. These are the things that move the number.

For repairs, the technician gives you the price on site before starting, and that price is the bill. New doors and major projects get a written quote. If you have a price from another company, send it to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is fair.

How our pricing works

Wind ratingWind-load reinforcement adds struts and heavier tracks. Worth discussing for exposed sites.
Opener and extrasNew opener, keypad, battery backup, and haul-off of the old door.
FAQ

Questions we hear every week

How long does it take to get a new door?

Standard sizes and colors from Garaga or Amarr typically arrive in one to three weeks. Custom sizes, colors, and glass take longer. Installation itself is usually done in a day.

Do you haul off the old door?

Yes. Removal and disposal are included in every installation quote.

Can I keep my old opener?

If it is in good shape and has safety sensors, usually yes. We will test it on the new door and tell you honestly if it is time.

Do you offer financing?

Ask us when you call. We will tell you exactly what is available right now rather than promising something on a web page.

Are your doors wind rated?

Wind-rated options are available from every manufacturer we carry. We will recommend one if your site or local requirements call for it.

Want to see samples in your driveway?

Send a photo of your garage and a rough size and we will bring the right samples and a written quote.
