What you will do
- Greet customers and vendors and answer incoming calls, taking accurate messages.
- Schedule service calls, estimates, and installations, and confirm appointments.
- Enter customer information and keep the files, digital and paper, in order.
- Assist with invoicing, recording payments, and keeping office supplies stocked.
What we look for
- A professional phone manner and good customer service instincts.
- Organized, accurate, and able to keep several things moving at once.
- Comfortable with a computer and office software. Scheduling or dispatch software experience is a plus.
- Monday to Friday during shop hours.

No commission
Nobody on our crew earns more by selling a customer a bigger repair than the door needs. You are paid to do the work right, and good work here gets noticed.
Learn the whole trade
Springs, openers, sectional and rolling steel doors, carport conversions, commercial buildings. You will see all of it, and you will be trained on the doors and openers we install.
Local, and staying that way
Two shops, West Monroe and Ruston, and an owner who still runs estimates and answers the phone. We are not a franchise, and we are not for sale.
